Description:

Improved Trade Routes – Gujarat
Improved Trade Routes – Beijing
Improved Trade Routes – Siam
Improved Trade Routes – Cormandel
Improved Trade Routes – Lhasa

Mod Details

Improved Trade Routes – Cormandel aims to increase flow to the Cormandel trade node. Highlights include increasing Chinese trade into SE Asia and India, allowing Gujarat trade to flow through Cormandel and then to Hormuz, allowing African trade to flow to India, and allowing more American trade to flow to Asia.

  • Xian -> Hangzhou (reversed from vanilla)
  • Beijing -> Hangzhou (reversed from vanilla)
  • Yumen -> Lahore (Added)
  • Mississippi -> Mexico (Added)
  • Gujarat -> Gulf of Aden (Removed))
  • Gujarat -> Zanzibar (Removed)
  • Zanzibar -> Gulf of Aden (reversed from vanilla)
  • Gulf of Aden -> Comorin Cape (reversed from vanilla)
  • Gujarat -> comorin_cape (reversed from vanilla)
  • Comorin Cape -> Hormuz (Added)

Notes:
  1. Make sure to only have one mod from this mod family active at a time
  2. Uses only Vanilla trade nodes
  3. No new end trade nodes
  4. Each mod has a different set of trade node ingoing/outgoing edits
  5. There is a small net increase in the number of node linkages. It’s unlikely to have an impact on game performance
  6. Trade lines and arrows for the new connections on the map are not yet completely optimized (but should not be horrible)
  7. Updated fro 1.37, but should work on EU4 versions 1.30(?) and up (basically whenever Paradox stopped changing the map)
  8. Will likely be incompatible with any mods that change the map or trade nodes

Work in Progress, feel free to leave comments on the steam mod page. Eventually I should have 6-10 mods in this family, each focusing on a different area.
