2.0 Trade League Cities Affordable
Trade League cities are a really good way to keep your income alive in late game with every minor states being annexed and every major wanting your head. The "meta" would be to keep one province feudatories to let the commerce flow.
Boring, we have Trade Leagues for god sake. They have massive bonus to trade routes and share our innovations when created.
Problem it cost way too much to be used.
So I make it cheaper.
It now cost 10 political influence from the 50.
Mercenary States will also cost 10.

The mod only change the price, you can easily replace it for anything you want in the mod folder.
To find the folder, go in the launcher and next to the mod the "…" will let you show it in folder.
