Hey this is alotmoreitems a mod where I put all my Ideas for passive Items.
Please write any Bugs, Theme Errors or other Complaints in the designated thread so I can properly look over them.

The Items:
New:
Curse of Curses – Every Floor an extra curse and more cursed items…
Lottery Ticket – Buy it for the chance of an award!
Already implemented:
Curse of Rapunzel- Losing Hp makes you gain it.
Spindle- Getting hit leaves blood all over the room.
Rose in a Glass Case- Every room damage up that slowly goes down.
Red Hood- The closer you are to enemies the faster you get.
Offering bag – Picking up pennies can spawn Soulhearts.
Last Supper- Damage up for your Red Hearts.
Havoc- Enemies randomly get a counter and fear. they explode when the counter went down.
Eclipse- For 7 rooms damage keeps going up, then it drops again and restarts.
The Fig Leaf- Enemies that get to close get charmed.
Lion Heart- Damage up and half a soulheart in every Boss room.
Head of Medusa- When you enter a room all enemies start frozen.
Glass Slipper-Immunity to ground hazards and you leave spikes on hit.
Tefillin- Extra shots appear in the air and shoot at the enemies.
Energy Drink- Speed way up and a battery charge.
Washing Powder- Every shot another stat effect.
Ambrosia – Before you die you get fully healed.
Kipah – Half Soulhearts regenerate to full ones when entering a new room.
The Seventh Day – Every Floor you spawn an Isaacs Bed.
The Sixth Day – All stats up.
The Fifth Day – Spiders and Flies every new room.
The Fourth Day – A Sun, a Moon and a Stars Card every floor.
The Third Day – All Pits get closed.
The Second Day – Flying and you sometimes leave Puddles.
The First Day – Rooms alternate between Dark and Light ones. Dark ones give a Damage Multiplier and Light Rooms a flat upgrade.
The Final Plague – The Final Non-Boss Enemy in the Room gets killed.
Chastity Belt – Enemies that get too close to the player take Damage. The Closer they are the more Damage they take. Effected by Range and Damage.
The Shared Fish – Hitting an enemies makes all other enemies in the room take a small amount of that damage too.
Crow Head – Losing all Spirit or Black Hearts heals you.
Dog Carcass – Digs out Crawl Spaces and Tinted Rocks.
Dog Tag – All Shop Keepers get Penny Eyes.
Curse Catcher – Small Damage Up, Big one if floor is cursed.
Hot Feet – You sometimes leave fires on the ground.
Burning Bush – Enemies you hit with tears get set on fire and ignite all enemies in a small radius.
Trauma – Damage Up and Black Hearts.
Sad Memories – Tears Up and Soul Hearts.
Happy Memories – Speed Up and Gold Hearts.
Nitroglycerin Pills – Bomb Immunity and getting hit makes you explode. Synergises with Bomb Upgrades.
5 Pound Weight – Increasing your Shotspeed gives Damage Up.
Mighty CLover – Luck Up.
Gunnoculars – Huge Shotspeed Up.
Spinny Gun – Tears way up but shooting makes you slow and you have to reload.
The Trinkets:
New:
Matrix – Getting hit teleports you within the room.
Suicide Prevention Hot Line – Write 991 get to safety. Also kills Isaac.
Butane – Red Fires become blue fires upon entering a room.
Tiny Remote – Changes your character on hit but has a chance to break.
Termite Swarm – Upon entering a room a random rock gets destroyed and spawns a few spiders.
Spider Leg – Blue flies and spiders slow enemies.
Keys are Bombs – Pickups are switched.
Goats Eye – Adds a chance of teleporting you into the Devil Room when entering the Boss Fight.
Gasoline – Fires explode when shot.
Fragmented Tower – Spawns a troll bomb when entering a room and every few seconds.
Flickering Bulb – Damage flickers up and down.
Felix Hair – Money has more chances to give luck ups.
Arthopod Eye – Room drops are sometimes 1+1 Free Bundles.
DTime – Gives you the D6 after a few seconds of entering a room.
Day Fly – Flies sometimes spawn more flies when they die.
Charged Penny – Picking up Pennies sometimes charges your active item.
Bread Crumbs – The door you enter through stays open.
Bitten Wafer – Wafer effect as long as you have spirits hearts.
A Bible Page – Damage Up against bosses.
Alarm Clock – If you beat the room fast enough you get some money.
The Transformations:
Baby: Binky/Nightlight/Nr.2/ Number One/Mr.Dolly/PJs -Makes you very small and gives you some spirit hearts.
Felix: Dog Carcass/Felix’ Hair/Dog Tag – Flying and Luck and Golden Key on every floor, Key Drops become Flies and Spiders.
Known Issues:
Items that do stuff when you pick a consumable up, don’t work if you are at 99 of that consumable. (I think currently not fixable.)
