The Starfy Transformations Mod adds four new transformations to the game! Each of them require getting three of five items.

(Monstro’s Tooth, Monstro’s Lung, Red Candle, Lil’ Monstro, Monster Manual)

• Speed down.
• You sometimes let out a burst of fire.

(Shard of Glass, Aquarius, Epiphora, Isaac’s Tears, Holy Water)

• Speed up.
• Icicle tears that slow enemies and split into ice.
• Flight.

(Crack the Sky, Virgo, Sticky Bombs, Cone Head, Parasitoid)

• Eternal heart.
• Getting hit damages all enemies in the room.
• Egg bombs that blow up all of the rocks and doors in the room.
• Egg bombs can find secret rooms from anywhere.

(Ghost Baby, Lil’ Haunt, Night Light, My Shadow, Hot Bombs)

• Flight.
• Spectral shot.
• All active items fear enemies when you use them.
• Fear bombs.
