Effect: Take one red heart damage and spawn a half soul heart.

An activated item, Box Cutter has no cooldown. Instead, it uses your life as a resource. Every time you activate Box Cutter, it will deal you a red heart of damage and drop a half soul heart.
This can be especially useful on characters that rely on self-damage such as Samson and Eve, as well as if you ever find yourself with an abundance of red hearts.
