+10 output for all cities when not at war with any civilization, +2 livability; units gain +15 combat strength when adjacent to the capital city center, but lose -1 combat strength for each tile away, until removed when the unit is more than 15 tiles away from the capital.
Each time a technology allowing the construction of walls is unlocked, grant this wall building to your capital and cities with a barracks district. Units entering a barracks for the first time receive special abilities based on technologies, civics, and promotion owned by the city.
+5 Combat Strength for units in a state of war;
For each monument and holy site you own, all monuments gain +1 Science, Culture, and Faith. The Dulin Arcanist gains +2 Science and Culture at the location if sacrificed within your territory; military units killed by melee units will turn into our “Dublin Elite Death trooper”.
A replacement for ranger, stronger than ranger. Initially gains one promotion; this unit has double mobility when deployed from fortresses, making it an excellent choice for infiltration operations.
An deterrent unit that similar to the GDR. Cannot form legions or armies, and upgrades are obtained through unlocking technology. Close combat attacks deal additional damage equal to 20% of the target’s lost health.
A special ranged unit unlocked by "Theology" civic. Gains attack power based on the number of Holy Sites, Shrines, and Temples you possess. Can sacrifice nearby friendly units to temporarily provide a powerful boost in attack power and health recovery for all friendly units.
A special unit that can switch between "Coordinated Barrage Mode" and "Battle Command Mode." This unit can enhance its combat power and specific upgrades after unlocking certain technologies.
Replaces encampment, lower cost, and has the same adjacency bonuses as Industrial Zones. Ranged attack range is 3. Units can gain the following abilities from the district: Smash: Requires military training, reduces enemy attack power and health recovery. Sky Hammer: Only unlocked for melee; requires "Engineering" technology, next attack is enhanced to area damage after attacking 3 times."On Our Honor": Unlocked only for melee, anti-cavalry, and light cavalry; releases summons at enemy unit positions within two tiles, dealing damage to those enemy units each turn.
