Overlooked Cultures
I think it was Wiz during an El Dorado dev stream who said they would never add
minor cultures such as Slovak because it would instantly be eaten and converted.
Lots of people want it though, so may as well do it myself.

Features:
New cultures; Slovak, Slovene, Ingrian, and Frisian, Gaelic Scottish, Orkney,
Shetlander, Icelandic, Cornish, Faroese, Scanic, Macedonian, Upper Sorbian,
and Lower Sorbian
New nations for these new cultures/cultures without a default nation;
Slovakia, Slovenia, Ingria, Karelia, and Sapmi, Upper Sorbia, Lower Sorbia,
Orkney, Shetlands, Iceland, Faroe, Macedonia, and Skane
New nations have cores to all provinces of their culture group from 1444
Kurland has cores on all Old Prussian provinces from 1444
Unique ideas for most of the new nations. If you have idea for more ideas,
please post them and I may use them in the mod.
Note: NONE OF THESE NATIONS EXIST IN 1444. THEY JUST HAVE CORES!
