Compact Vehicle-disabling UAS Payload System (CVUPS)

CVUPS is a system for disabling vehicles via an AR-2 Darter, DJI Mavic, or Crocus drone. The primary use case of this is low-profile vehicle interdiction; fly the drone close enough to the target vehicle, activate the CVUPS payload, and the target vehicle will be stopped in its tracks without a single shot fired. This emulates a similar capability that was shown in the leaked JSOC drone operator videos from early 2024, in which a drone operator landed a small UAS on the roof of a car and disabled it immediately. This capability is also briefly covered in Relentless Strike: The Secret History of Joint Special Operations Command by Sean Naylor.
To use it, simply spawn the new unique AR-2 Darter unit under NATO, and you will have the option to arm the payload on the scroll wheel as the drone operator, which will add the option to activate it as well as a dialog that shows if there is a target in range. You have to be very close. See our demo video for a demonstration!
This mod has no dependencies, but loading the Mavic 3 mod will enable the system on the BLUFOR Mavic 3 and 3T. All BLUFOR Mavics will have it equipped (due to breaking issues with setting it up as a unique unit like how the AR-2 is). The FPV Drone Crocus mod is also supported, and has unique units set up under NATO -> Drones similar to the AR-2.
