BoomLay’s Craftables

This mod adds a few new items and recipes to advance gameplay possibilities.
No matter if you want to build a crafting server and completely do without the fact that some things can be found. Or if you just want to give your players multiple ways to go about their day-to-day life as a survivor.
All improvised kits (since they are improvised) can usually only be used once. A second use is only possible in rare cases. Only the improvised leather sewing kit can usually be used twice.
This mod is multilingual… not because I’m linguistically gifted, but thanks to the GDZ stringtable creator[germandayz.de].
Have a look at the Crafting Guide.
A few words regarding the candle:
The candle is a little bit special…. it can be placed and can also be blown out to put it back in inventory. Also, you can’t swim, sprint, or hit with a lit candle… well… you can… but the candle will go out in the process. In turn, it’s a pretty ugly candle… at least the flame. I’ll make sure I get it a little prettier, but I can’t promise anything.
A few words regarding the tin can lamp:
This lamp is basically a kerosene lamp, that requires fuel and rags (as wick) to burn. The more rags you add, the slower the fuel gets consumed. Over time, the rags will also be consumed, so the "burn-speed" increases. If you add a rag, and the lamp contains fuel, the rag gets damaged and dirty, so you shouldn’t reuse it elsewhere. You can place the lamp and you can switch it off to but it into your inventory.
If it is not your intention to create a crafting only server, you should significantly reduce some spawning items. In the folder 00_Info you will find example types.xml. I also included a recommendation for Namalsk and Chernarus as to which items you should reduce by how much. – but of course this is only a recommendation.
You can also find a sample configuration of the recipes for the Expansion Book in the same folder.
I also recommend to check out my little "addon" to this mod … the bl_candle_addon.
