Europa Expanded – Monuments Unlocked
A simple mod that removes requirements for upgrading and using all Vanilla and Europa Expanded specific monuments.
Does not remove requirements for conditional modifiers.
The only thing I personally did to make this mod was to run the Great project files through this script made by JammyDodgers297.
