Fertilized dinosaur eggs from the Dinosauria mod no longer deteriorate outdoors. Intended for use with Wild Animal Sex.

Eggs can still be ruined due to bad temperatures.

Should be safe to add and remove to existing saves, please tell me if you run into problems.
