This particular bus (#5422, reg. AT 49-56), along with several other high-floor Karosa buses, was equipped with an electrically operated platform for wheelchair users in 1997, and the interior was also adapted. These buses were painted in a distinct light green colour scheme, and were replaced by 2012 with modern low-floor buses.
Realistic use of this repaint: urban lines in Prague, mainly special routes intended to serve wheelchair users (which were operated since 1992).
