Tired of advisers having a higher salary than the entire army, strengths and state maintenance together? XD?

This mod reduces the upkeep and recruitment cost of ALL game advisors (HUMAN AND AI) by -50% on all difficulties.

-Obviously NOT COMPATIBLE WITH IRON MAN XD …

-Not compatible with mods that modify the file:
"common/static_modifiers/00_static_modifiers.txt"
