Delete Buildings per State
Allows to delete building hroups via a decree per state. Removed the tediousness of clearing nearly acquired territory from their factories/barracks/naval bases or some other building group, or even all of their buildings.
DOES NOT DELETE
-Monuments
-Power Block Statues
-Urban Centers -> should downsize automatically
-Trade Centers
