Better Circuits v2
Rework of ‘Better Circuits’, adds new circuits with new behaviour
Better Counter:
A counter gate. Green increments signal value, red decrements signal value (enable in context menu), blue resets signal value (enable in context menu)
Better Gate:
A gate with no output delay or power delay
Better Signal Converter:
A 0-delay signal converter that converts any signal into every signal
Better Display:
A customizable text display. Green toggles display, red specifies a character from text table, blue deletes last character or adds specified character to display
Better Detector:
A 0-delay, signal-efficient, object detector. Green toggles detector, red toggles detection specifier, blue toggles detection mode
Better Key Trigger:
A 0-delay, single-signal key trigger

Feature:
All items with 0.1 delay can be set to 0 delay (not ALL work)
All generator types can be set to instant charge
Added an "Add string" function to radios, where it adds text to the current channel instead of replacing it
