Ever wonder why CA gave Khatep a skill that lets him recruit Liche Priests in all provinces despite the fact all tomb king factions can do that from turn 1?
It’s probably the same reason in WH3 Dark Elfs get extra global recruitment slots as a campaign victory reward.
Either way I’ve replaced it with something a little more useful; all Liche Priests in his faction get the Restless Dead passive regardless of what lore they have.
I’ve also made it so Khatep has both the passive and the first skill in his magic line at turn one so you can’t end up in a situation were every one but him has it.
