Description:

A passive item that makes Isaac drunk.
Increases damage and fire rate, but reduces accuracy. This causes tears to have slightly random flying direction, which makes it harder to hit enemies. Works with most tear effects – Brimstone, Technology, Ludovico, Dr. Fetus, Moms Knife.
