The Lilium Foundation
The Lilium Foundation is a spire that generates enhancements for colonists that provide various benefits. The building will passively give colonists these enhancements over time as long as the facility is staffed.
The enhancements show up in the perks list of colonists.
Colonists from earth have a low chance to already have them.
Current enhancements:
Memory Chip – Adds a random bonus Perk
Oxygen Processing Efficiency – Allows colonists to stay outside the domes for longer
Nutritional Processing – Colonist consumes less food
Muscular Reinforcement (Arms) – Increases work performance
Muscular Reinforcement (Legs) – Increases movement speed
