Adds The heroes Gotrek and Felix to the two main Dwarf Factions, recriutable from Tavern building.

• added Gotrek and Felix to both Dwarf factions
• removed spawn from start of campaign function
• made save game compatible
• gave Gotreks axe new glowing runes
