Description:

Felinids of the Coronus space
"Meow! "Hear me, noble warriors! You are here, so far from home, because our Master needs you! The Emperor is watching every tail! So don’t disappoint him!"
– the leader of the Felinids Sutekh

Many things can happen in the Coronus space, but to meet a felinid is a rarity and a great success. Brought here by an unknown free trader, they live on the barges of privateers and other traders, trading what their new owners order. The Shaggy ones are smart enough not to fall into the clutches of traitors or worse, xenos. For some inexplicable reason, their cult of faith in the Emperor, in his reverence, can be compared to the zeal of some particularly devout pilgrims. Like the Abhuman Ogryns, the Felinids are blindly devoted to the Emperor of Mankind, and reverently honor him at every opportunity. Felinids are by no means the chain dogs of their masters. To suggest such a thing would be to inflict a grave insult on Felinid, which could be followed by accidental death. Rather, they are willing to act for the benefit of their friends in exchange for a safe night’s lodging, food and some semblance of freedom, allowing them to do their Felinid affairs in plenty.

They are headstrong and often do not understand orders due to whims, their bloodlust for the enemy of the Imperium sometimes goes beyond the bloodlust of even ordinary believers. Getting someone’s eyes, fingers, or a mutilated head under the door is a common thing. On the ship, felinids occupy their niche in warehouses or technical corridors, looking for parasites and mutants, so they are taken on board the ship, providing the opportunity to slip into narrow crevices, undetected passages and destroy any living creatures that have got on the ship.

In general, another reason to take them with you is instincts. Abhumans are people, but with physiological differences. Felinids are physically and behaviorally fully adapted to the lifestyle of predators, their instincts of pursuit and pursuit have been developed on their home planet, and they polish their hunting skills in a game they call "The Pursuit of Honor".
