Description:

Civilization: Foul Playground
City +15% food. Farms and plantations +1 food. Cities with granaries +2 satisfaction.
Whenever you are not at war with any civilization, the maintenance cost is reduced. When your military units die, all remaining units regain some life and restore mobility.
When your city is razed or seized, some of its inhabitants will be moved to a nearby city.
When another civilization recruits a great man, you gain a random number of points for the corresponding great man.

Leader: Rinnen
Cities with a population of 5 or more receive +1 technology, +1 culture and +1 gold for each area, and double the output for populations of 15 and 25.
Industrial areas, commercial centers, and ports provide 10% growth rate for the city; sanctuaries, theater plazas, and colleges provide 10% territorial expansion; entertainment centers, water parks, and airports provide 10% tourism performance; and wonders provide +1 satisfaction for the city.
If you are the suzerain of a city-state, the city-state’s units will have +7 combat power (including units already collected).

Leader: Ringo Enjin
Neighborhoods near the city center receive the standard proximity bonus, which is doubled when the population reaches 10 and 20 respectively.
When the penultimate Vigilante of each type is recruited, the last Vigilante of that type is automatically acquired if you have not already acquired one.
When your Wyrm runs out of uses, you get a Wyrm token. When another civilization’s greats run out of uses, you get a passive-only copy of that great if it has a passive ability.
Other civilizations cannot attack your vassal city-state.

Featured Unit: Paradise Defender
Ancient anti-cavalry unit that replaces the gunslinger.
If adjacent to at least 1 heavy infantry unit, +10 combat power.

Featured unit: Guardian of Paradise
Replaces the Warrior.
+17 combat power when fighting Light Cavalry and Heavy Cavalry type units.

Featured unit: Paradise Phantom
Featured hero unit with passive ability only.

Featured unit: Paradise Dweller
Use the trade route to move and increase the city’s population when it reaches our city; when it finishes, the city’s population decreases.

Featured area: Paradise Baths
Replaces aqueducts and is cheaper to build.
Draws water from an adjacent river, lake, oasis or mountain range to provide fresh water to the city. Cities that do not have a fresh water source receive a maximum of 6 houses. Cities with fresh water sources get +2 housing. +3 satisfaction if built next to a geothermal fissure. In all cases, the baths provide an additional +2 housing and +1 satisfaction bonus. Avoid food loss during droughts. Must be built next to the city center. Military engineers can spend 1 point of use to complete 20% of the baths’ construction progress.

Featured Building: Paradise Junction
Replaces the ancient city wall. Higher productivity and external defenses. Provides additional travel results as the city progresses. Provides +1 Vantage Point to adjacent professional areas. +1 culture value per era since construction or last restoration. Cannot be upgraded to medieval city walls.

Featured Building: Paradise Irrigation Canal
Replaces water mills. +1 housing and +2 productivity. +1 food to fresh water cells. City must be adjacent to a river.

Featured Improvement: Paradise Polder
+1 food, +1 productivity and +1 housing. +1 food and +1 culture when adjacent to other polders. Additional productivity, gold and food as you progress in technology and municipal trees. Must be built on a coastal or lake cell and adjacent to at least 3 passable land cells. Mobility consumption for the cell is increased by 2 points.
Travel results are provided after developing "Flight".
