This mod add a new civilization, Tempesta, to the game, along with her 2 leaders: Royal Fortune, Golden Hind. The image materials are from AzurLane Wiki and help of HSbF6HSO3F No diplomatic text yet. It’s recommended to use Sukritact’s Civ Selection Screen

Civilization: Tempesta

Ability: On Stranger Tides Start with Celestial Navigation unlocked. Grant +100% Production towards buildings in Harbor. Units can enter into Ocean tiles earlier with +2 Movement. Hurricanes happen more frequently and give affected tiles yields while will not hurt your units.

Unique Unit: Sailing Frigate

Tempestian unique naval melee unit. Can’t be trained while can only be granted one every time a Harbor is built. Allowed to coastal raid and have a chance to capture naval units it defeated. Can settle a city on adjacent tile after promoted 1 times. Receive +15 Combat Strength for every kind of buildings in Harbor you built.

Unique District: Royal Port

Tempestian unique district replaces Harbor with lower cost. Trigger a culture bomb and allow this city to build an extra district. Yield Production equal to its Gold adjacency. Grant +100% Gold adjacency for every building in it. Make this city’s infrastructures immune to disasters if with a governor settled.

Unique Building: Home of Navigation

Tempestian unique buildings available in Naval Tradition. Provides a governor title and provides trained naval units +60% combat experience in this city. Harbor in this city will yield Food and Culture equal to its Gold adjacency.

Leader: Royal Fortune

Ability: Black Bart Naval unit with 2/4 promotions will be upgraded into Fleet/ Armada. Allow coastal raiding for all naval units. Excuting a raid will bonus the unit a boost of experience. After building a Royal Port, coastal raiding will no longer consume Movement and will trigger extra rewards.

    Extra Raiding Rewards

  • Gold: Target civilization lose 20% gold of treasury, grant you same amount of gold.
  • Faith: Target civilization lose 20% faith of treasury, grant you same amount of faith.
  • Food: Target city lose a half of populations, grant your closest city same amount of populations.
  • Production: Grant your closest city production to finish its current building queue.
  • Science: Target civilization lose a most advanced technology, grant you same amount science of it cost.
  • Culture: Target civilization lose a most advanced Civic, grant you same amount culture of it cost.
Leader: Golden Hind

Ability: Grace of the Sea Double the yields bonus hurricanes brought for Tempesta. Navals can teleport between Harbbors or Coastal Cities. All districts receive a standard adjacency from coast tiles. And coastal districts will bring city’s water tiles +2 yield based on its yield.
