This is a head tech that Teleports the User to their Cursor no matter how far or where it is
To Obtain this tech By Going to the outpost and Completing Elliott’s Quest Called Freedom it Requires 50 Phase Matter
To activate press W
You can change the Binding to use as a diffrent key other than W by going into Options>Controls> and changing the "Move up" key to what ever you want
Rpg Growth mod is needed as a dependency
