Engine and Tracks Sound Mod V2.5
This Mod changes some of the Tank Engine and Track sounds. NOT ALL OF THE VEHICLES.
It also should work with every other Mod out there, as long as you activate this as last, have not tested this myself though.
Although i do think the vanilla Sounds are good enough, i felt like there’s not enough Power and squeakiness behind them.
So i changed that.
DISCLAIMER:
I do not own any of the Sounds used in this Mod. Those are files from various Sources including Footage/Recordings of real Tank Engines and Mods/Games from back in the day and i always brought them along when i got a new PC or did a clean wipe. They are easily as old as 10 years or so.
Currently, I am changing them using Footage/Recordings of the Original Engines, instead of the ones i brought along from Mods/Games. This will take some time, because i have to Cut, Mix and Tweak a lot more.
So here is a List of Tanks changed:
(some of those are sharing the same sound files, f.e the Panzer III and STUG III. They are build on the same chassis,
which means, there are 15 Tanks/Self Propelled Guns using those Sound files. Check the latest UPDATE LOG)

Tiger I and II – Updated* (Changed only Start, Idle, Exhaust and Stop State)
**Pz3, Pz4 and Ferdinand(uses 2 actually) share the same Maybach HL120 TRM.**
**Tiger I and Tiger II ALMOST uses the same Engine as well, hence the same Sound Ingame.**

*Sounds entirely made, mixed and tweaked out of Footage/Recordings from the Original real Engines.
TO DO: Currently searching for real Footage/Recordings of the Engines.I actually found some and will put them to use, once i mixed everything. Some of them only replacing Start/Stop,Exhaust and/or Idle states.
It is really hard to find any good Videos, because most of them contain a lot of background Noise or are recorded with a Potato. Which unfortunately means not every Vehicle will have its Original Engine Sound.
