NOT WORKING:

BUGS:
-Roman adviser (with 2 traits) text does not fit within box, is hard to read.
-Vice Naval Reformer does not have portrait.
-Add correct units to Byzantine tech groups.
-Senate demes returns on loading after being removed.
FUTURE UPDATE:
-May make submitting to Rome change tech to Eastern, rather than just creating the Latin Empire.
-Usurp the Papacy as Latin Empire?
-Roman culture?
-Formable Pontus and Gothia, Hellenic easter egg.
-Greek defense league.
