Improved Whispering Oaks Staff

This add more variety for both whispering oaks staff and clown. Staff now equipped with facemask, gloves, hats and their new security guard uniform, along with more head variety. While the clowns sports with gloves, a bowler hat and of course, his missing left shoe.
The mods seen in the screenshot is Human Skin Common Infected (The Last Stand Update)
– Its not compatible with female or any remodels mod (unless those mods subscribed first)
