Description:

CHAOS!!!

This mod adds a new character called the Crazed.
The character is basicaly isaac but he starts with chaos.
The reason i created this character is because I thought it would be fun to have a character where any item can spawn anywhere.
(I know about the character select screen but i cant work out how to fix it -_- sorry.)
