Skyhawk’s States
The final evolution of all the assorted claim and breakaway proposals I’ve made in the TI discord over the past year, this mod adds many new nations to the game, mainly breakaways, along with many new claims and unions for existing nations. It also provides restructures to the existing tech unlock structure for breakaways and unifications. Want to dissolve the US, Russia, or China – rather than breaking apart all at once, now you start by researching a few smaller, "more realistic" breakaways under the Independence Movements tech, which then unlocks the complete breakup techs under "Fall of Empires". Similarly, continental unions like the African Union, South American Union, and a few new creations now require smaller regional unions first, but have been discounted as result, encouraging you to build up these regions from the start.
