Adds the Konbaung Dynasty of Burma (Third Burmese Empire) into Civilization V. Requires BNW.

UU: Mingala Cannons (Cannon)- When stationed in a city with an Old Palace or on a Great Person tile improvement, receive +2 Great Person Points corresponding to the improvement or the Great Person stationed in the city’s Old Palace.

UB: New Palace – Unlocked with Civil Service. When built, moves the Palace to this city and turns the previous Palace into a Former Palace. The new Palace provides the same yields as a normal palace and +1 extra culture than the previously built Palace.
