Werekin Hero Commander for Minor & Outpost Norscan Garrisons (Tier 3)
I noticed that the Werekin commander hero unit was absent from tier 3 Minor and Outpost garrisons, this mod adds them back in.
They are added to the garrison force at tier 3, just like all other races (including norsca who only get it for major settlements for some inexplicable reason).
Should work with almost every mod, unless they too fiddle with norscan garrisons.
Savegame compatible but it will take a turn for the garrison force to be refreshed if you load a saved game.
