The city has been covered in ash and death for two months now. It is almost Christmas time, and the snow isn’t helping. However, Agent Fergie and Manuel Morales have orchastrated an effective resistance of the surviving police. They continue to conduct operations across the city and stop Armacham, Replica, and various cults and gangs popping up.
