[xdR] Improved Pump Shotgun Animations for Ellis

This is the continuation of me trying to apply hunting rifle hold animations to the other characters, first I did it for Bill, now we have Ellis. If you also subscribed to my previous addon for Bill, the same logic applies to this addon, the stance also affects the Grenade Launcher, and that this works with custom survivors that use Ellis’ animation set.
Ellis and other characters using Ellis’ animation set will now hold pump shotguns the same way Ellis holds a Hunting Rifle.
I saw Rise’s shotgun addons, namely "Intro pumpshotgun animations" for Coach and Francis, so I figured the other characters should have the same animations cuz honestly I think it looks so much better than the default hip fire version. Deniss_ made a good attempt at trying to apply the same animations of Francis and Coach to the other survivors, however their proportions change because the animations are from Francis and Coach, so they all get a big boost in height.
The nice perks about this addon are that the pump animation still plays while having the same standing and walking stance AND this addon respects Ellis’ original proportions so he wouldnt end up getting taller like Francis and Coach.
Just like Rise’s mod and the previous mod I made for Bill, this addon changes the pump shotgun animations for:
-Idle
-Crouching
-Crouch walking
-Running
-Walking
