Cold One Chariot Bugfix and Balance
This basic mod fixes the cold one chariot bug that prevents chariots mounts for Malekith and Dark elf Masters and cold one chariot units from attacking forward and improves their ability to pull through infantry.
Also fixes the issue that prevents Arkhan the Black from making front attacks vs large entities.
