100x Resource & Expandable arable land
Every capped resources except gold(coal, iron, sulfur, lead, logging, fish, whale, rubber, oil) are 100x multiplied.
Arable lands are unchanged(this can make unintended situation), but you can get infinite arable lands via decision.
Use "Expand Arable Land" decree on states, then take "Expand Arable Land" decision.
Every time you take the decision, every states with the decree will get 50 arable lands.
Beware that getting too much arable lands at once can break the game.
AI won’t use the decree/decision.
