This mod is made as a band-aid fix for the awful migration seen in 1.8.0~1.8.2. Right now on "No Migration Controls" ANYONE can migrate into any country via Mass Migration.
This causes a lot of issues. It’s annoying for the player country, and it is crippling for the AI countries. And on top of everything it is unrealistic — people didn’t migrate into violent hostilities willingly.
*This mod gives "No Migration Controls" a migration restrictiveness of 20. Meaning unless a country has that much acceptance score from Citizenship Law and Caste Law (if available), they won’t migrate into said country.
