Nation Designer Extended: Balanced Edition
This is an overhaul of Xylozi’s "Nation Designer Extended: Unlimited" with point values and limits added back into the mod. Additionally, an event has been added to the game which will allow you to become an Elector if you start as a custom nation inside the Holy Roman Empire. You will be given this choice upon the start of the game via event. I plan on adding additional country colors in the future.
Almost all of the code is taken from Xylozi’s mod, and thus I make no claim of ownership to any part of the mod taken from his. See his mod for more information on all the features!
