The Astra Base Camp module is designed to work with the Astra Module System. Built to fill two roles, the Base Camp Module can be used as both a High-G dropship for carrying HVs and SVs and as a mobile base for long-duration activities.
The High-G dropship side of the modules function includes enough thrust to lift over 2kt of cargo off of a 5.1G planet! This also includes a small internal hangar.
The Base Camp side of the modules function includes production capabilities, 2 cargo systems totaling nearly 900k, fridge/food processor, anti-drone turrets, an Advanced Repair Bay, and of course a Teleporter.
