European Federation
This mod allows you to form the European Federation, an United Europe.
Currently, this mod adds dynamic names, colors and flags for different governments; different party names; and a way to incorporate all the states you own after forming the European Federation, via a decision.
Unfortunately, the mod is NOT Ironman/Achievement compatible.
