MULTV10 Hussars class Internal Bay Landing Craft
Mod/Scenario – None (Vanilla)
The tenth in my series of Military Utility/Logistics/Transport Vehicles is the Hussars class Internal Bay Landing Craft.
The Hussars has an internal payload bay designed specifically to fit two AFHV13 Fenrir BehemothTanks, ten AFHV07 Jackal MBHTs in 2 rows of 5, or a combination of other ground vehicles. The dimensions of the bay are ~61½m (31ish LG blocks) long, ~17m (8½ LG blocks) wide and ~10m (5 blocks) tall (although the shutters at either end make the height dimensions at the entrances about 8m).
It also has seating in the Passenger Compartments for 16 personnel that might need to be transported along with any vehicles being carried.
Bay Doors: Stern – Shutters – Motion Sensor controlled; Bow – Ramps & Shutters – signal switch only.
None… officially. There is some space around the thrusters, and in singleplayer the passenger compartments could be changed into grow farms or living spaces.
As shown in the above screenshots, the colour palette includes 4 primary colours to choose from: Khaki Tan (vehicle comes in this colour); Camouflage Green; Light Blue-Grey; Dark Blue-Grey. To swap the colour, simply click on the "Replace Mode" check box on the Colour And Texture Tool’s UI, then (ensuring that no texture is selected) click on the coloured square that you want to change to, then "fire" the Colour & Texture Tool at any part of the vehicle that is painted the colour you want to replace.
– NOTE – any Mini Fridges on board come turned off by default to save power until food is inside needing to be kept cold, and can only be turned off manually (or by turning off all power to the vehicle) from the fridge’s own UI to limit instances of food being accidentally spoiled.
