Bigger UI 1.37 – More Province version

I edited the province view file, state view file and great project file, making these interface more suitable for mods that adding more provinces / great projects.
Should be compatible with most of mods, since it only changed the UI.
Except those edited the same stuff.

我修改了省份界面和直辖区界面 看起来更舒服一点
不兼容同样修改了UI的模组 其他的都可以
无关中英文 所以没有汉化问题
