Description:

Works with Patch 1.25 and 1.25.1.

This mini-mod adds a new Casus Belli called Cut Down to Size, which is automatically granted to all Great Powers for use against all other Great Powers that they don’t have a truce with or are allied to.

This CB allows you only to return cores (except your own), revoke cores, release nations, or release subjects, with no diplo power cost and only 60% of the warscore cost. This CB does not allow you to take land or make subjects.

Basically, this CB is meant to allow you (or any AI country) to balkanize another competing Great Power, it’s effectively a superior version of the Humiliate Rival CB, aka something actually worth using. Bear in mind this CB is also available to the AI, and they can and will use it, especially if they have no other CB available to use against you.

This mod requires the Rights of Man expansion (which enables the Great Powers mechanic).

The cool thing about this mod, is that it is 100% compatible with absolutely every other mod! This includes complete overhaul mods such as MEIOU and Taxes or Common Universalis, as well as other popular mods like Beyond Typus. It is also compatible with Historical Balancer, however I wouldn’t recommend using both since both mods contain this mechanic.

If you like this mod, be sure to check out my main modding project that I am working on, as it incorporates the features of this mod within it: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1266200554

If you have any suggestions to give for changes to this CB or new CBs to add to this mod, then feel free to do so in the comment section or discussion thread.
