Description:

Play as the Atlantic Empire with Nami or Seraphine as your leader. Cultivate Ocean tiles for Food and Gold with the Pearl Villa. Build Beachside Gardens near your coastal Districts for extra Culture. Plunder even more Gold with the stealthy Brass Submersible.

Nami Leader Ability
Glamor from Ingenuity:
+2 Science from International Trade Routes. Buildings in Harbors, Campuses, Entertainment Complexes, and Water Parks are 50% cheaper to purchase.

Seraphine Leader Ability
Tranquil Shores:
+1 Culture from Reefs. All Districts gain an additional standard adjacency bonus from Coast. Cannot declare a surprise war.

Civ Ability
Brinehome:
+1 Production and +1 Amenity for coastal cities, but -1 Production and -1 Amenity for non-coastal cities. Cost of purchasing Coast and Ocean tiles is reduced by 50%. All civilian units pay no Movement cost to Embark or Disembark, and can enter Ocean tiles as soon as they are able to embark.

Unique Ocean Improvement
Pearl Villa:
Ancient-era Ocean tile Improvement. Cannot be built adjacent to another Pearl Villa. +1 Food, +2 Production, +1 Housing. +1 Gold to adjacent Coast and Ocean tiles. +2 Gold and +1 Food to adjacent Improved Sea Resources. Gold and Production bonuses are doubled once Cartography is unlocked.

Unique Coast Improvement
Beachside Garden:
A unique Classical-era Improvement. Can only be built on Coast with at least 1 adjacent land tile. +2 Food, +1 Culture, +0.5 Housing. +1 Food with Feudalism, increasing to +2 Food with Civil Engineering. +1 Culture for each adjacent Reef or District.

Unique Unit
Brass Submersible:
Renaissance-era Naval Raider that replaces the Privateer. Slightly more expensive to produce but has higher Combat Strength. Can only be seen by other Naval Raiders, or if an enemy is adjacent. +50 Gold from Pillaging Sea Resources.
