Basic automatic harvesting & replanting of hydroponics with fertilizer
Assumes that plant indexes are at 1-MaxIndex.
Set MaxIndex to the number of plants you have.
Set DropOffIndex to the index where you want to deposit veg and seeds, such as over an input chute bin
Set FertilizerIndex to the index where fertilizer is available, such as over an export chute bin, or -1 if none
Connect a hash display console to the IC Housing to see what plant it’s checking
Connect a small led display named "LED Display Growth" to see the current plant’s growth value
