Rome Imperator adaptation of the Civilization’s Raging Barbarian option.
What this mod does:
Changes defines and modifiers related to Barbarians Power and Growth to make them spawn stronger and more often. Though not at ridiculous levels…yet.
Added more provinces that spawn barbarians.
Possible future addition(s):
Make *every* impassable provinces spawn barbarians.
Make more steppe impassable provinces spawn barbarians to simulate volkswanderung.

Northern Gaul is spared more often from barbarians
