The baton is now heavier.
Human texture revamps.
Added a lot of civillians from a scrapped mod.
Added riot police, helmet and shield.

To avoid misunderstanding, I uploaded the same mod under the name "Labman1978’s RP Mod" on GameBanana. I did not steal it.
