Anatolia is in Asia
Anatolia (Asian Turkey), and part of Caucasus are now in Asia (Continent).
Meant for my Historical Institution Spread mod but works anyway.
What it will do for your game is increasing the time it takes for Middle-East (and Ottomans to some extent) to get institutions (as European continent gets increase on some institution modifiers).
