Description:

This mod added 11 new governments, each of them has unique idea priority combinations and bonus.

Government List
– Tier 3 (4 ideas): Celestial Empire
– Tier 2 (3 ideas): Secular Republic, Mercenary Republic, Warrior Monk Republic, Pacifist Republic, Secular Monarchy, Mercenary Monarchy, Warrior Monk Monarchy, Pacifist Monarchy
– Tier 1 (2 ideas, i.e. Tribes): Pacifist Tribe, Warcult Tribe

Future plan: additional governments, related events.

This mod changed the vanilla conversion decision. Please be careful if you use other mods. Otherwise, there will be no compatible issues.
