This mod aims to make the game somewhat more difficult and somewhat less tedious.
It includes various quality of life and balance changes, but the game is largely unchanged from vanilla.
Note that this is incomplete, but still very playable. I prefer this mod to the game in its release state, and I expect that Paradox will eventually implement some of these changes in future updates.

Major features:
Large increase to supply limits.
Moving slaves costs gold instead of civics.
Most Governor policies convert and assimilate pops slowly.
Building military forts next to adjacent forts is now possible.
Rewarding Veterans now targets 40 cohorts, up from 4.
