Makes small changes to the taxation income from the different pops. Slaves still generate the most income due to the intended simplification of representing the slave owners, citizens will pay the 2nd highest amount of tax (roughly half that of slaves), freemen will pay the next highest (roughly half that of citizens), while tribesmen pay the lowest amount at slightly under that of freemen. The practical impact on income should be neglible, however makes it so that you can have taxation revenue without slavery if you so desired and for all around realism.

NOTE: My eventual goal for this mod is to continue to spread out the abilities of the different pops to represent a picture more closely related to reality (i.e. citizens shouldn’t be the only ones producing commercial value or slaves the only ones capable of increasing output), while maintaining the overall game balance.
