Harder Start for Rome
This mod aims to create a harder start for rome by removing rome’s vassals and reducing rome to only the province of Latinum. Former roman cities are distributed to surrounding countries, mainly former vassals.
In the future this mod will also contain certain rome specific debuffs/modifiers to make it even harder.
Only use this, if you are playing rome. The AI will probably get stomped.
The mod overwrites the setup.txt in …/common so it will conflict with any mod that also does that.
